The new revised “Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China” will be formally implemented from the first of this month.

    It is known that this new environment protection law added “fine by the day”. That is to fine continuously and by the day toward those persistent environmental unlawful acts, which means that the longer the time of illegal behaviors (such as illegal underlying discharge, discharge beyond standards, detection evasion and so on) is, then the fine is much more. 

    In addition, new environment protection law prescribes that environmental illegal acts of enterprises may be punished ranging from administrative detention, seal up, seizure to limited production.
